A good purchase starts with knowing what you need. Narrow your search around a real weakness in your character.
01. Choose the Correct MarketVerify your league and platform when searching listings. Do not apply prices from another economy directly to your equipment budget. |
02. Filter Essential PropertiesFilter mandatory resistance, attribute or damage properties first, then set a budget. Unnecessary restrictions may hide useful alternatives. |
03. Inspect the Whole ItemBefore buying, inspect requirements, links, corruption and the stats you would lose. The listing name alone is not enough. |
04. Verify the Trade WindowFor manual trades, check that the item and currency amount match the agreement. Recheck before accepting if either side changes anything. |
05. Organise Stash by PurposeSeparate items for sale, personal use and crafting. Short regular clean-ups prevent repeated searches for the same items. |
