NC has set October 5, 2026 for Aion 2's global launch. The company says the PC release will be available through Steam and PURPLE across major regions. This is a different launch from the Korea and Taiwan service that began in November 2025, so an old regional guide should not be mistaken for a promise about the global build.
What to check before launch
The official global teaser lists Steam wishlisting, pre-registration and Founder's Packs. Its pack description says advanced access begins five days before the official launch. Confirm the pack terms, server choice and exact regional time on the official site before buying anything; schedules and product details are the kind of information that can change close to release.
If you are planning a first character, use the remaining time to choose a role and find a group rather than pre-buying a detailed build. We will update our Aion 2 guides against the live global client after release. Source: NC's global launch announcement.
