NVIDIA Announces DLSS 4.5 for Aion 2's Western Release

Aion 2's DLSS 4.5 announcement is encouraging, but it is not a benchmark for your PC. What to test when the client arrives.

NVIDIA's August 25 Gamescom article announces DLSS 4.5 support for Aion 2's Western release. It is a feature announcement, not a measured frame-rate result for every supported computer.

Test the scene you actually play

Our recommendation is to compare settings in a repeatable scene, then look again somewhere busy. A quiet viewpoint can look smooth while hiding the conditions that matter to a player who spends evenings in crowded fights. Note your resolution and settings before changing them so that the comparison means something.

Keep the promises separate

Do not read every technology mentioned in a multi-game Gamescom article as an Aion 2 feature. Equally, a graphics option cannot tell you how a distant server will respond or how a packed launch evening will behave. Check the options present in your release client, use a suitable official driver and judge image quality as well as responsiveness. We are not attaching invented FPS gains or hardware guarantees to this announcement.
