THRONE AND LIBERTY / GUIDE 02
Your weapon pair shapes your combat identity in Throne and Liberty. Decide how you want to play before chasing the top entry on a ranking; choosing and improving becomes much easier.
01. Define Your Role FirstChoose whether you want to control enemies, support teammates, or focus on damage. When joining a group, state the role you can actually perform as well as the weapons you carry. |
02. Make Your Weapons Complement Each OtherConsider range, resource demands, defense, and mobility together. Two individually strong weapons do not automatically form a strong pair if their abilities and intended use clash. |
03. Explore the Newer WeaponsInclude Spear, Orb, and Gauntlets in your research. Gauntlets emphasize close combat and linked combos; if that pace appeals to you, try the basic flow before investing in expensive equipment. |
04. Separate PvE and PvP NeedsBoss encounters, Arena, and large guild battles create different demands. Reassess control, survival, and team utility before carrying a damage-focused setup from one activity into another. |
05. Test Before InvestingTest range, keybinds, and defensive timing in forgiving content. Make small, measurable upgrades instead of committing every resource to a combination you cannot yet use comfortably. |
Three Questions Before Choosing a BuildWhich content is it for, what gear does it assume, and what is my group assignment? Clear answers make adapting the build to your character much easier. |
