THRONE AND LIBERTY / GUIDE 05
Being ready for a dungeon or raid means more than meeting the entry score. Know which reward you want and how you will contribute before joining.
01. Check the Reward Pool FirstLook for the item or material you need in the Co-op Dungeon interface. Choose content that addresses a weak slot instead of repeating the same dungeon purely out of habit. |
02. Prepare for Your Actual RoleSupport your chosen tank, support, or damage role with appropriate abilities as well as weapons. Set up defense, control, and group tools alongside your attacks. |
03. Learn the Boss's Key MechanicsLearn lethal attack warnings, safe positions, and your assignment on a first visit. Ask about an uncertain mechanic before the pull so the group knows what to expect. |
04. Raise Trial Difficulty GraduallyConsider familiar mechanics and additional effects when choosing a Dimensional Trial. Consistently finishing your current stage helps expose preparation gaps before you move higher. |
05. Make a Separate Raid PlanAltar of Calanthia is a 12-player raid. Confirm difficulty, assignments, and reward conditions before starting rather than assuming dungeon habits cover every raid mechanic. |
One Wipe, One CorrectionAfter a failed attempt, agree on one correction: positioning, defensive timing, or a target switch. Repeating the same plan without discussion slows learning. |
