AION 2 / GUIDE 01
Make your first hours in Atreia count. A well-planned route helps you earn experience, strengthen your character, and prepare for the dungeons ahead.
01. Prioritize the Main StoryFollow the yellow main-story quests to earn experience and unlock new regions and progression systems. While the story is moving forward, avoid spending long stretches fighting random enemies without a clear objective. |
02. Complete Nearby Side QuestsCombine regional quests with your main objectives to reduce travel time. Check their rewards and prioritize those that support lasting progression, including Daevanion development. Save distant objectives for a dedicated exploration trip. |
03. Explore Sealed Dungeons Along Your RouteInvestigate nearby question marks and check which locations contain Sealed Dungeons. Their completion rewards help develop your character beyond basic leveling. Prioritize unfinished locations instead of assuming repeated clears will provide the same rewards. |
04. Collect Feathers as You ExplorePick up nearby Feathers, also known as Empyrean Traces, while completing quests. Use them with the appropriate Monolith once the system becomes available. Gathering them along your route reduces backtracking later. |
05. Keep Your Skills and Equipment Up to DateCompare new quest rewards with your current gear and choose attributes that suit your class. If fights become slow or difficult, review your frequently used skills and equipment. Spend Kinah and enhancement materials on upgrades that address your immediate needs. |
What Should You Do When Progress Stops?Read the quest’s unlock requirements before starting a long grind. Complete any missing prerequisite or progression condition. If combat is the issue, review your positioning, dodging, and skill timing alongside your character upgrades. |
EU / KR — Regional Note(EU/Global launch version: level cap 45. Korea: raised to 50 in the July 1, 2026 update. Later patches may change level caps and progression requirements.) |
